Working as a buyer's agent is always a complimentary service-I'll go above and beyond to find your perfect house, all at no charge to you. Our team is structured so we can tour 7 days a week, completely flexible around your personal schedule.

How it works:

Wish List: We'll first meet to review your home requirements. We'll outline the elements of your dream home,  and review your top neighborhood choices. If you're unfamiliar with Portland's neighborhoods you can join me for my weekly "Tour Tuesday".

Pre-approval: If you’re not already pre-approved, we can connect with you with our favorite local lenders. They’ll help guide you as to the best financing options, savings required, and plan to buy with confidence. Our lender recommendation is specific to your needs to ensure you have the right support depending on if you are a first time home buyer, seasoned investor or utilizing a special program such as a physicians loan.

Custom Profile: Once you set your criteria, we customize an online profile allowing you access to all real-time listings with auto notifications of any new listings. You'll also be included in our Windermere pre-market circle, giving you insight to homes before they are live.

Management: After we've toured and you're ready to buy, I manage your negotiations, paperwork and tasks, keeping you organized and on track. I'll supply referrals and book services necessary such as home inspections, financing and contractors. 

Closing: When entering escrow,  you'll receive a detailed timeline and daily updates from me on the state of your transaction. Through effective and consistent communication, your closing is always a clear, stress-free experience, allowing you to enjoy the home buying process. 

Life-long Resource: After closing, I am always available as a continued resource to our homeowners. If you’re curious about your homes value, needing an opinion about where money is best spent on equity, or need contractor referrals, I have you covered!
